Want to do a Webinar with our Stompers?
To best serve both our customers and you as our guest presenter we have setup this simple process for a very successful webinar. Normally we schedule our guest webinars for Tuesdays or Thursdays at 7et or 8et, so please keep that in mind to avoid conflicts.
Here is what StomperNet will do:
(Assuming you provide the information on time as requested)
Prior to the event:
- schedule your webinar and provide you with a Registration link
- register as an affiliate (as required) and provide you with our unique link
- promote your webinar a minimum of 3x prior to the event date:
- Email announcement in Friday’s “SEO Intelligent Report”,
- Email announcement in Monday’s “This Week in StomperNet” and
- Email specifically for your webinar (or webinars of the day if more than one are scheduled) sent the morning of your scheduled webinar.
On the day of the event:
- We provide a moderator to start the webinar,
- welcome members to the call,
- introduce you and get you started,
- provide basic technical assistance,
- as needed host the Q&A session, and
- close out the webinar.
After the event:
- We place the webinar recording in the member area for replay
- We will provide you a link to the webinar so you can use it for your purposes
Here is what we need from you:
Your webinar request MUST be submitted at least by the Thursday prior to the requested date or it will be delayed until the following week! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please note that all details for the webinar are due at least one week BEFORE the webinar NO LATER THAN Thursday at 5pm. This allows our staff to fully set up and prepare the webinars and emails required to bring you the most attendees.
