LIVE 9 Video Release

StomperNet, LLC, A Georgia Limited Liability Company ("StomperNet") desires to
electronically and/or digitally record or tape activities at or associated with the StomperNet
LIVE Event to be held in Atlanta, GA, from 25 to 28 March, 2010 (the "Event").

The undersigned ("Attendee") will attend or participate in the Event. Attendee agrees
that StomperNet and its agents, independent contractors and assigns shall have the right
to record or videotape Attendee's likeness and voice and Attendee's participation and
activities at the Event and to commercially use and exploit such recordings and text
translations or reductions or portions thereof. All such recordings, materials,
translations and portions there, whether used in whole or in part or packaged
with related or unrelated information, audio, text or video are hereinafter
referred to as the "Licensed Works".

For and in consideration for Attendee's right to participate in the Event, and
for $1.00 cash in hand paid, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged by Attendee:

1. Attendee hereby grants to StomperNet a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, assignable
and royalty-free copyright and right to use, reuse, publish and commercially exploit the
Licensed Works and his or her name, voice, appearance, likeness, images, words,
participation and the title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in connection
with the Licensed Works, for any purpose or purposes, including without limitation in
any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials
or compilations based on or including them, in whole or in part. StomperNet has no
obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.

2. Attendee hereby grants StomperNet the unconditional and irrevocable right to
reproduce or make available, with or without charge, the Licensed Works, in any
form or format, including without limitation in electronic forms such as DVDs, CDs,
computer or data files, and files downloadable or accessible on the World Wide Web,
and to make them available to its members or affiliates and other third parties, for
consideration or without consideration, and to distribute, prepare derivative works,
advertise and publicize the Licensed Works without any compensation to or further
permission from Attendee. Attendee relinquishes any right that Attendee may have to
examine or approve the Licensed Works or any use or form thereof, or the use to which
they may be applied. StomperNet may edit the Licensed Works at its discretion.

3. Attendee represents that he or she has the full right, power and authority to grant this
Release and to perform all of the provisions thereof. Attendee acknowledges that in the
event of a breach or alleged breach with respect to the terms and provisions thereof, that
StomperNet shall be entitled to such injunctive or equitable relief as StomperNet may
deem appropriate, in addition to such other rights of remedies Stompernet may have at law.

This release shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. It
constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter and
may be amended only in a writing executed by StomperNet and Attendee. Any
disputes or claims associated with this Release or Attendee's participation at
the Event shall be adjudicated or resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction
located within the State of Georgia, where this Release has been executed.

Such courts within the State of Georgia shall have the exclusive right and
jurisdiction to hear, adjudicate and resolves such claims or disputes and
shall be the sole venue through which StomperNet or Attendee shall seek
recourse hereunder.

This Release shall bind Attendee and Attendee's heirs, representatives
and assigns and benefit Stompernet and its representatives, licensees,
successors and assigns.

This Release contains the entire understanding of the parties regarding
its subject matter, and no other representation, inducement, understanding
or agreement shall be binding or enforceable with respect to its subject
matter, unless signed in writing by both parties, subsequent to the date hereof.

Attendee releases, discharges and holds harmless StomperNet
and its representatives, licensees and assigns and all persons or entities
functioning under their permission or authority, from any liability by
virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in
composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur
or be produced in connection with the Licensed Works or the
reproduction or publication thereof, including without limitation any
claims for libel or invasion of privacy, breach of publicity and
any other claims, demands or cause of action, now known or later
ensuing from or in connection to the Licensed Works.

Attendee further releases, discharges and holds harmless StomperNet
and its employees, agents, representatives, licensees, successors and
assigns and all persons or entities functioning under their permission
or authority, as well as the W Hotel Midtown Atlanta and its respective
representatives and contractors, from any and all claims, demands,
liability, damages, claims of damage, costs, sums expenses and costs of
litigation associated with Attendee's attendance at and participation
in the Event, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

BY REGISTERING BELOW, ATTENDEE AND ANY GUESTS OF
ATTENDEE HEREBY GRANTS THE RIGHTS PROVIDED FOR
HEREIN AND AGREES TO AND ACCEPTS THIS RELEASE AND
ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
