I have tried everything from low budget outsourcing in India and Philippines to high dollar consulting in UK and US. It is not always that you pay for what you get. I have found many cheaper providers to be good but need more training and lazy high dollar services. So I think for everyone it takes time to build a good outside team. Cheers Melanie,
