The one thing i would do to improve it is similar to what Anik Singal has done with PPC classroom and that is do a step in the process then the members area lets you move on. So you are not just learning but doing. Would have been nice if you had let people download the process map to study and build their own. Would also be great to know which mind mapping software you are using and give people a tutorial on that. Would just like to add that your customer service is top drawer.
