StomperNet Membership
StomperNet members with a membership subscription have the right to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund for the first payment by submitting timely notice of cancellation within the first 30 days from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that a StomperNet member agreed to purchase their membership within the StomperNet shopping cart.
To submit a refund request within the first 30 days of purchase, you must contact StomperNet Customer Service to log a ticket at https://support.stompernet.com or via email to support@stompernet.com. Your right to receive a refund will only be granted if you timely submit your request and StomperNet issues a refund confirmation for digital only products or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for physical products in accordance with the requirements and procedures established for a RMA. You will receive a RMA # as confirmation that your refund request is approved. As a condition for receiving a refund, you must first return any products delivered to you in tangible form, such as DVD’s, CD’s or magazines to the address provided in undamaged, resalable condition. After RMA issuance and upon receipt of the returned products, the purchase amount, minus shipping & handling, will be refunded.
If you are a monthly subscriber, to cancel after the initial cancellation period has expired, a member must contact Customer Service to log a ticket at https://support.stompernet.com or via email to support@stompernet.com at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with the member’s credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding month. In such cases, the member shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month.
Example: If the recurring billing date is on the 15th of each month, and a cancellation notice is delivered on the 14th of that month, the account will be billed on the 15th of that month and will be cancelled effective the 15th of the following month.
If you are a quarterly subscriber and have a recurring billing date every 3 months, to cancel after the initial 30 day cancellation right has expired, you must contact Customer Service to log a ticket at https://support.stompernet.com or via email to support@stompernet.com at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding quarter or three month period. However, if the quarterly subscriber misses the 72 hour cut off and still wishes to receive a partial refund and duly and timely so notifies StomperNet within twenty five days of the expiration of the 72 hour cut off, as long as the cancelling member does not attempt to dispute or assert a backcharge for the subsequent quarterly payment, StomperNet will refund the amount of that payment that exceeds one non-discounted monthly payment amount for the program to which they subscribed. The StomperNet member will have no right to stop payment or backcharge any portion of the quarterly payment for which timely cancellation has not been effected and will forfeit any right to claim a refund if he or she attempts to do so.
If you are a semi annual subscriber, to cancel after the initial cancellation right has expired, you must contact Customer Service to log a ticket at https://support.stompernet.com or via email to support@stompernet.com at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding semi annual payment. However, if the semi-annual subscriber misses the 72 hour cut off and still wishes to receive a partial refund and so duly notifies StomperNet within twenty five days of the expiration of the 72 hour cut off, as long as the canceling member does not attempt to dispute or assert a backcharge for the subsequent payment due, StomperNet will refund the amount of that payment that exceeds the then applicable non discounted monthly price for two months of their StomperNet membership. The StomperNet member will have no right to stop payment or backcharge any portion of the semi annual payment for which timely cancellation has not been effected and will forfeit any right to claim a refund if he or she attempts to do so.
If you are an annual subscriber and have a recurring billing date every 12 months, to cancel after the initial cancellation right has expired, you must contact Customer Service to log a ticket at https://support.stompernet.com or via email to support@stompernet.com at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. However, if a cancellation request is delivered within the first 10 months of access that has been paid for, a partial refund will be provided, as follows: a) StomperNet will calculate the regular, non discounted monthly membership charge for the applicable program for the months that service were in effect, prior to the cancellation notice, including the month of cancellation; b) The amount calculated under subparagraph a) will be subtracted from the annual subscription fee amount paid, and the difference, if any, will be refunded to the annual member. The StomperNet member will have no right to stop payment or backcharge any portion of the any annual payment for which timely cancellation has not been effected and will forfeit any right to claim a refund if he or she attempts to do so.
LIVE 9 Streaming
You may receive a full refund until the LIVE 9 Streaming begins at 8:30 am Eastern time March 26, 2010.
To submit a refund request prior to the start of LIVE 9 Streaming, you must either submit a ticket at https://support.stompernet.com, send an email to support@stompernet.com, or call StomperNet Customer Service at 404-348-4401.
Once the streaming starts, no refunds will be issued.
The NET EFFECT Journal
To cancel a TNE Journal subscription, the subscriber can use https://support.stompernet.com and submit their cancellation request. Please include your Account or OrderID Number, Full Name, Email Address, Billing Address, and Phone Number in your cancellation request. All Requests are Honored without condition. Cancellations performed at https://support.stompernet.com up to one day prior to the billing date will prevent the next subscription payment from being charged. Cancellations performed after the billing date, and the subscription payment has been charged, will effect cancellation for the succeeding month. In such cases, the subscriber shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month. For Digital Only products, once you request is received, and it falls within the 30 day window, we will refund your purchase immediately. Once a refund has been issued, access to that product will be suspended. Customers may also call StomperNet's customer support line at 404-348-4401 and cancel their subscription by speaking to a live operator.
For 12 Months Subscriptions:
You can cancel your prepaid yearly subscription at any time. Should you decide to cancel you forfeit any and all bulk discount pricing and will be charged in arrears for the full retail price of the products delivered.

Month 1 Cancellation would amount to a $337.10 refund

DVD of the Month

Destroy ALL Copies
After a Refund is issued, the user must destroy all digital or physically printed copies of any material that they have requested a refund for. This includes but is not limited to, all files on their hard drive, as email attachments, online storage, thumb drives, cell phones, printed copies, etc.
Definition: A "Refund" is given upon request within the 30 days of your original purchase date. This 30 day period is considered a trial period. If you request a "Refund" during that trial period, your access to that product will be revoked. After the 30 day window has passed, for monthly supscription products, you may "Cancel" and cease receiving FUTURE subscriptions. No refund will be given for that month's issue (The Net Effect or The StomperNet insiders DVD of the Month) once a billing event has occurred. You may only "Cancel" future issues. Once you have received an issue, if you cancel the next months issue, you will still retain access to the months issue that you paid for.
SMARTS Club
If you are a SMARTS Club subscriber, to cancel after the initial 30 cancellation right has expired, you must contact Customer Service via support@stompernet.com or call 888-325-7845 at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding month. In such cases, the member shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month.

Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding month. In such cases, the member shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month.

StomperVISION
As a StomperVision customer, a user has the right to cancel his/ her purchase and receive a full refund for the purchase of the StomperVision Program. You can receive a refund for the payment by submitting timely notice within the first 30 days from the purchase date. The purchase date is the date that a StomperVision customer agreed to purchase the product within the StomperVision shopping cart. Should a user request a refund in the allotted time period, and was a recipient of any fast mover bonuses as defined in the StomperVision offer terms, those users will no longer be eligible to receive those bonuses. To receive a refund, the customer must notify StomperNet support at support@stompernet.com before the 30 day refund period has ended. After the 30 refund period, there will be no refund given. There will be no exception to this policy.
FormulaFIVE
If you are a FormulaFIVE customer, you have the right to cancel your access to the product and receive a full refund for the purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling charges, by submitting timely notice of your intent to cancel access to the product for a refund and obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 45 days from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that you purchased the product from the StomperNet shopping cart.
To submit a refund request within the 45 days from the original purchase date, you must call FormulaFIVE Customer Service at 1-888-647-1505 or 678-890-9561. If eligible, you will receive an RMA# as confirmation that your refund request is approved. Upon issuance of a RMA#, access to the f5.stompernet.com website and any other website access provided as a result of your purchase of the FormulaFIVE product will be terminated immediately.
If you originally agreed to pay the program fee in installments, you agree that you will pay the full program fee and will have no right to cease making installment payments, or cancel or terminate your participation in the program, subject only to a timely cancellation in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy established above.
Refund requests received after 45 days from the date of the original purchase will not be processed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
StomperMobile
If you are a StomperMobile customer, you have the right to cancel your access to the product and receive a full refund for the purchase amount by submitting timely notice of your intent to cancel access to the product for a refund within 30 days from your original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that you purchased the product from the StomperNet shopping cart.
To submit a refund request within the 30 days from the original purchase date, you must either submit a ticket at https://support.stompernet.com, send an email to support@stompernet.com, or call StomperNet Customer Service at 404-348-4401.
If you originally agreed to pay the program fee in installments, you agree that you will pay the full program fee and will have no right to cease making installment payments, or cancel or terminate your participation in the program, subject only to a timely cancellation in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy established above.

StomperNet LIVE 8 Keynotes – Special Edition

The original purchase date is the date that you purchased the product from the StomperNet shopping cart.

StomperStorm
If you are a StomperNet member who has registered for StomperStorm, you have the right to cancel your access to StomperStorm at any time, by properly submitting notice of cancellation. In the event that you elect to cancel, you will remain responsible and liable for any accrued charges for all usage beyond the allocated “free” usage amount set for your membership level, for all such usage occurring through the date of the cancellation notice, which occurred during or prior to the billing month in which you have delivered proper notice of cancellation.
